RL-Trans is looking for a Logistics Planner to join our professional team in Kokemäki. In this role, you will be responsible for the smooth planning and coordination of transport operations as part of responsible and high-quality bulk logistics.

Your responsibilities include:

• Daily planning and coordination of transports and driving schedules
• Efficient use of fleet and driver resources
• Optimization of schedules, routes, and deliveries
• Close cooperation with drivers, customers, and internal stakeholders
• Managing exceptions and finding practical solutions
• Ensuring safe, high-quality, and regulation-compliant operations

We expect from you:

• Experience in transport planning, dispatching, logistics, or similar roles
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong ability to manage overall processes and work systematically
• Stress tolerance and decision-making skills in changing situations
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Proficiency in Finnish; other language skills are considered an asset
• Knowledge of industry systems and driving/rest time regulations is an advantage
