As an office assistant, you work in close cooperation with the finance department and the rest of the organization. You mainly work with invoicing, reporting and, if necessary other financial tasks.
As a person, you are structured and systematic in your way of working. You have a good understanding of Excel and Office 365. Experience from similar work is considered a plus. Since our operations are international, it is good if you have good Finnish, Swedish and English language skills.
