We are looking for a payroll accountant who is interested in working with people and developing our HR processes. You also handle internal and external employee reporting.
Job description
Responsible for the payroll for our employees and handling contacts with authorities.
Update and maintain our staff register and be responsible for reporting and statistics.
Actively participate in the introduction and recruitment of new employees and the further development of these processes.
Plan and communicate about training measures and actively contribute to the well-being of the staff.
Collaborate with other team members to develop HR processes and other reporting routines.
Qualifications
As a person, you are service-oriented and have strong communication and organizational skills as well as a desire to develop processes. Experience in similar tasks is considered an asset. You have a good understanding of authority contacts and reporting requirements. You have good knowledge of MS Office, and have also previously worked in business systems. As our business is international, it is important that you have good language skills in Finnish, Swedish and English.
